About this policy

This policy describes GSC Indexing Manager, a Chrome extension currently available for limited pre-release testing. It helps authorized users manage Google Search Console URL inspection workflows using Google Sheets. Public registration and paid subscriptions have not yet launched.

Information the extension may access

With your authorization, the extension accesses your Google account email address, available Google Search Console properties, and Google Sheets used for URL queues. The requested permissions include Google Sheets access, Google Drive metadata read access, Google account email access, and Search Console read-only access. The extension also interacts with the Search Console interface to manage URL inspection requests.

How information is used

Google account information is used to identify the connected account. Search Console information is used to display available website properties. Google Sheets access is used to create or connect spreadsheets, read URL queues, and record processing results. Drive metadata access supports spreadsheet identification. Licensing information is used to validate trial or subscription eligibility. Google indexing is never guaranteed.

Google account authorization

Google authorization is handled through Google's OAuth process. You can revoke access at Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent connected features from working. You can also disconnect the Google account within the extension where that functionality is available.

Billing

Subscription payments are planned to be handled by Dodo Payments, subject to merchant approval and integration. Payment-card details will be entered through the payment provider, not through this website. Its privacy terms will also apply when billing is enabled.

Google API data use and sharing

GSC Indexing Manager uses Google account information, Search Console property information, Google Drive file metadata, and Google Sheets data to provide the features authorized by the user. The extension uses this information for account identification, website selection, spreadsheet connections, URL queue processing, and reporting.

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or advertising targeting. The extension is not designed to transfer Google Sheets contents or Search Console property data to the licensing server. The licensing service separately processes license keys, installation identifiers, and related activation records.

Access to Google user data is limited to providing or improving the requested functionality, protecting the service, complying with applicable law, and other purposes permitted under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

URL queues and processing history are stored in Google Sheets associated with the user's Google account. Users can manage or delete those spreadsheets through Google Drive. Chrome extension configuration and activation-related state may be stored in Chrome extension storage and can be cleared through Chrome's extension management controls. The licensing service maintains trial, license, installation and operational records. To request deletion of personal information held by the licensing service, email [email protected]. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping requirements. Deleting the extension does not automatically delete Google Sheets or server-side licensing records.

Security and service limitations

We take reasonable measures to limit access to information. This pre-launch website does not collect account credentials or payment details. No internet-based service can promise absolute security.
